Casa84 is a small, detached holiday home in the canton of Ticino, perfect for unwinding and taking a breather. The tranquil location on the Swiss side of Lake Maggiore is unique. The design is puristically calm, with clean lines and high-quality materials. The large window front in the living room invites the garden and lake into the house and takes center stage. Beautiful inside, idyllic outside. Where would you rather be? Luckily, you can choose between the two wonderful balconies of the two bedrooms or in the garden under the pergola.

Living room and kitchen

A living room with stunning lake and mountain views, and a kitchen-dining room on the lower ground floor with access to the garden and pergola. The kitchen features an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle. And for cooler hours, a cozy Swedish stove.

The bedrooms

Casa84 has two wonderful bedrooms, both with balconies and lake views. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (160x200), while the smaller bedroom has two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together.

The garden

Beim Nachtessen unter den Pergola die Sonne über dem See untergehen sehen, den Tag mit einem guten Buch im Garten verbringen - das heisst Abschalten in der Casa84. Wenn ihr gerne kocht seid ihr in der Casa84 ganz richtig. Ihr könnt euch gerne im Gemüse und Kräutergarten bedienen.
